Requires the MD Office of Overdose Response (MOOR), with the MD Dept of Health, to establish and maintain an interactive public dashboard that tracks Opioid Restitution Fund spending. This is intended to encourage the use of funds that would be most likely to reduce overdose, i.e., to minimize miss-allocating these funds, which has been a problem nationally.
