Re: House Bill 374 and Senate Bill 186 Prince George’s County-Alcoholic Beverages-Cigar Lounge License.

Would allow the establishment of Cigar Lounges which can also sell beer, wine, and liquor in Prince George’s County, and makes them exempt from the Maryland’s 2008 smoke-free law, allowing indoor smoking in public places and places of employment.  This appears to be the first effort in years to weaken the MD clean indoor air act.
