Governor Wes Moore introduced a budget with full funding for the Behavioral Health Administration, including more than $80 million in new investments and a 3% behavioral health provider rate increase. The General Assembly maintained these funding levels in their final FY25 budget. These rate increases will go into effect on July 1, 2024.
